Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase if you are in Canada or the US.
At our discretion, we are flexible with our policy during Christmas/Holiday gift giving season, so please don't worry about the 60 days policy around at this time of year. We will help you out with any reasonable request.
We don’t accept returns from the UK.
UK clients: to avoid any hassle, if you have any doubts whatsoever about ordering the correct size, please message us before making a purchase so we can guide you to the correct size and make sure you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is ineligible for refund
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is ineligible for refund, however we may make an exception in certain cases so please get in touch with us at muffle.up@gmail.com with your order details
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you ordered the wrong size or you don’t love the colour, etc, we can exchange your product, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to get the original product back to us and the new product out to you. For exchanges, please email email us at muffle.up@gmail.com with your order details and we’ll guide you from there.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you need to exchange, please email us at muffle.up@gmail.com and we’ll guide you from there.
Returning your purchase:
To return your purchase, please contact us through email with your order details at muffle.up@gmail.com and we will provide you with detailed shipping instructions based on your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or a mistake was made on our part (for example, we sent you the wrong size). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a mistake was made by us, in which case we will provide a full refund and pay to ship the item back to us.
To make returns easier for you, if possible, we will provide you with a shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. These details will be worked out once you make your refund request to us at muffle.up@gmail.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
